Current Role
Tijn is a working student Strategy & Performance Analyst at Compliance Champs, where he focuses on strengthening the internal strategy and reporting structure. In this role, he supports the management team in developing a KPI dashboard that provides insights into the progress of strategic objectives and business performance.
Professional Experience and Qualities
Tijn combines an academic background in Business Information Management and International Management/CEMS with experience in both strategy consulting and business development. During his internships at OC&C Strategy Consultants and Equinix, he worked on a variety of projects across the private equity, retail, and technology sectors. His main interest lies in connecting data, strategy, and organizational development. Within Compliance Champs, he focuses on topics related to performance measurement and strategic professionalization.
Personal Interests and Hobbies
Outside of work and study, Tijn enjoys staying active. He has played football since the age of five and also enjoys fitness and other sports. Traveling is one of his greatest passions and discovering new places and cultures gives him energy. During his studies, he lived in Toronto and Sydney, experiences that further fueled his curiosity about the world.
