Current Role
My name is Noud van Beurden, I’m 22 years old and currently in my third year of studying Business Administration at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I’m working as a working student in Training and Awareness, where I help create and deliver effective training programs that empower clients and colleagues to improve themselves, develop professionally, and gain confidence in their work. Helping people grow and succeed is what motivates me every day.
Professional Experience and Qualities
Before joining this team, I worked as a business developer, supporting clients by identifying their challenges, finding practical solutions, and guiding them toward the right actions. That experience sparked my passion for consultancy , I enjoy understanding different business problems, providing guidance, and making a real impact. I’m social, curious, and eager to learn, especially when it comes to exploring digital tools and platforms to improve processes and results.
Personal Interests and Hobbies
Outside of work, I love staying active through running, going to the gym, playing football, padel, and kickboxing. I also enjoy spending time with friends, especially relaxing together on a sunny terrace.
