Victoria is the HR/Talent Management Professional at Compliance Champs, where she is taking accountability for the company’s People-Operations function. Her scope spans the full employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding and Learning & Development, as she lays the groundwork for a company scaling fast in the financial compliance space.

With a background rooted in hospitality, Victoria found her way into HR a few years ago, starting from the ground up and steadily growing into the role of HR Business Partner. Her academic path, combining a BA in Hotel Management with a BSc in Patrimonial Law, adds a legal, analytical layer to how she thinks through HR decisions.
By nature, Victoria is analytical, but never at the expense of empathy and compassion; she describes herself as hands-on, proactive, and endlessly curious, qualities that let her balance the needs of people with the needs of the business. She is guided above all by fairness, which she considers her strongest value and the throughline in how she approaches every part of her work.

Outside of work, Victoria is a true explorer at heart, always on the hunt for the next hidden gem, whether that’s a new restaurant, a cocktail bar with a story, or one of Amsterdam’s best-kept secret spots (ask her, she’ll know one). She practices yoga to stay grounded and paints as a form of meditation, letting her thoughts spill onto canvas. More than anything, she treasures good food, good drinks and good company, spending time with her friends is where she truly recharges.
