Recruiter

Are you a driven and enthusiastic recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition? At Compliance Champs, we help organizations in the financial sector meet the highest compliance standards. To strengthen our own team, we are looking for a recruiter to help us find the best professionals. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process: from sourcing and selection to onboarding new team members. Join our growing team and help shape the future of Compliance Champs! 

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Talent sourcing and selection: Actively searching for top talent through various channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networks. 
  • Job posting management: Creating compelling job descriptions and posting them on the right platforms. 
  • Screening and interviews: Conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their fit within our organization and culture. 
  • Relationship management: Maintaining contact with potential candidates and building a strong talent pool. 
  • Collaboration with hiring managers: Working closely with team leads to identify staffing needs and select the right profiles. 
  • Onboarding: Guiding new employees during their first weeks and ensuring a smooth integration. 
  • Employer branding: Contributing to strengthening our visibility as an attractive employer.

What we expect from you

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or financial environment. 
  • A strong instinct for talent and the ability to match the right people to the right roles. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage candidates. 
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently. 
  • Experience with sourcing tools and recruitment software. 
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
