Your tasks and responsibilities
- Talent sourcing and selection: Actively searching for top talent through various channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
- Job posting management: Creating compelling job descriptions and posting them on the right platforms.
- Screening and interviews: Conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their fit within our organization and culture.
- Relationship management: Maintaining contact with potential candidates and building a strong talent pool.
- Collaboration with hiring managers: Working closely with team leads to identify staffing needs and select the right profiles.
- Onboarding: Guiding new employees during their first weeks and ensuring a smooth integration.
- Employer branding: Contributing to strengthening our visibility as an attractive employer.
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or financial environment.
- A strong instinct for talent and the ability to match the right people to the right roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage candidates.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience with sourcing tools and recruitment software.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
