Current Role
After starting with the team as a Working Student, Celia now holds the position of Legal Consultant in Regulatory Compliance at Compliance Champs. She concentrates on ensuring compliance with current legal frameworks, particularly focusing on DORA and emerging EU legislation. With her extensive legal background, she provides valuable expertise and addresses a wide range of legal matters within the company.
Professional Experience and Qualities
Celia completed a double bachelor in Law and Business Administration and Management in Spain, and has recently earned an LL.M. in International and EU Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has developed a profound understanding of both legal and business environments, particularly in the areas of International and EU law. Her expertise in navigating complex legal frameworks related to cross-border transactions, EU competition law, and international trade and investment greatly enhances our regulatory compliance efforts.
Her professional experience includes roles as a Legal Assistant and various administrative positions in Spain, where she honed her legal and business acumen and demonstrated her ability to excel in multidisciplinary teams.
Through her dedication to continuous growth and development, experience in different law clinics both in Spain and the Netherlands, and her ability to adapt to diverse work environments and cultures, Celia is committed to making a positive impact at Compliance Champs and growing as a professional in the field.

Outside of work, Celia enjoys fitness, spending time with her friends and family, travelling, and learning new skills. Her balanced approach to work and leisure enhances her professional abilities and dedication.
