Your tasks and responsibilities
- Developing and implementing compliance programs that meet relevant regulations, such as MiCAR, AML, KYC, and GDPR.
- Conducting risk assessments and establishing risk mitigation measures.
- Managing internal audits and preparing reports for regulators and management.
- Advising and training employees on compliance issues and best practices.
- Staying updated on the latest developments and trends in cryptocurrency and blockchain regulations.
- Maintaining client relationships and directly liaising with regulatory authorities and other external partners on behalf of our clients.
- Assisting in setting up processes and procedures for new products and services.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the financial sector or within the crypto industry.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations such as MiCAR, AML, KYC, and GDPR.
- Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
- High level of integrity and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
