Current Role
Ties is currently working as a Working Student in Business Development at Compliance Champs. In this role, he supports the company’s growth by contributing to a variety of business development activities. These include identifying new market opportunities, strengthening relationships with (potential) clients, and enhancing the company’s market position. He also contributes to strategic initiatives that support Compliance Champs’ commercial objectives. To achieve this, he works closely with colleagues across different teams to translate opportunities into concrete actions and build lasting partnerships.

As a recent graduate in Business Administration with a minor in New Economic Thinking and Social Entrepreneurship, he has developed a passion for the synergy between Sales, Marketing and innovation. His academic background, combined with practical experience in various roles, has equipped him with a strategic mindset. In his previous positions, he successfully contributed to the development of various business strategies and conducted market research, demonstrating his ability to lead impactful initiatives. He thrives in collaborative environments and values open communication to foster teamwork and achieve common goals. Through his dedication to continuous growth and development, combined with his ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments, he is determined to enhance Compliance Champs’ reputation and visibility!
Personal Interests and Hobbies
Outside of work, Ties enjoys padel and golf. He is also passionate about cooking and loves sharing his culinary creations with friends and family.
