Your tasks and responsibilities
- Developing growth strategies: Identify market opportunities and create strategies to expand Compliance Champs’ service offerings.
- Acquiring new clients: Leverage your network and proactive approach to identify, approach, and convert potential clients to our services.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Market analysis: Analyze trends, competitors, and client needs to support strategic decisions and refine our value proposition.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with compliance experts to translate client needs into tailored solutions.
- Supporting marketing initiatives: Assist in organizing events, writing content, and promoting our services across various channels.
- Contributing to the growth of Compliance Champs: Bring ideas for new products and services, helping to position us as a leading player in the compliance sector.
What we expect from you
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a service-oriented sector such as compliance, consultancy, or finance.
- A strong network within the (Dutch) financial sector or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Dutch.
- An entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving commercial goals.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable opportunities.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
- Able to live and work in the Netherlands, we will not provide a visa.
- You are flexible and enjoy working at a young and fast-growing company and building a business.
- You have a “getting things done” mentality.
